Your role in the story
We have made great progress in recent years on our Talent Management approach: implementing Succession Management, building a data dashboard and shaping our Talent Development approach. Now is the time to implement learnings, connect the dots, and establish a fully future-proof talent approach. This means moving from analysis to action, building routines that make progress tangible and sustainable.
As Project Manager you will take ownership of key initiatives, ensure continuity, and create impact from day one. You will proactively shape and refine our Talent Management agenda, bringing forward your own ideas and translating them into measurable results.
What you will be working on
- Optimize, and implement our talent management framework & tools, including clear RACI’s, guidelines, materials, and communication.
- Integrate talent and development processes within our existing HR systems and processes.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and supporting succession planning up to board level.
- Develop Talent Development initiatives based on the 70-20-10 learning model.
- From data to new initiative: draw conclusions from analysis by Data to develop targeted interventions
- Establish metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.
- Increase visibility and accessibility of Learning & Development across the organization.
- Create a blue print for the People Development Team
- And ensure that we move from analysis to action - turning talent development into a routine
Key ingredients for success
- Proven experience as a project manager in Talent Management
- Track record in implementing talent tools and driving change.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,with deep understanding of performance, leadership, and succession development.
