Your role in the story:
As a Procurement Specialist, you are the link between strategy and execution. You ensure that critical goods and services are procured on time, at the right price, and under the best conditions. So our onshore and offshore projects run smoothly in the various Business Lines (Wind, Transport and Installation and Decommissioning).

What you will be working on:
• Reviewing and discussing Scope of Works for services, constructions, and equipment
• Coordinating specifications and terms & conditions, resulting in Invitations to Tender
• Conducting market research and managing the bidding process
• Leading negotiations and closing subcontracts or frame agreements
• Generating Purchase Orders in SAP for project-related services and equipment
• Providing commercial input for Business Units
• Analyzing data and sharing up-to-date vendor and market insights
Key ingredients for success:
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical (preferred) or Business Education and experience in a technical industry, preferably offshore
• Additional Procurement training or education
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Dutch and English
• A proactive, persistent team player with a commercial mindset
