Your role in the story: 

As a Payroll Accountant at Heerema you are part of a team that keeps our organization running smoothly behind the scenes. You ensure an accurate and timely payroll every month and take care of all related processes, including GL accounts, pensions, and insurances.

What you will be working on: 

  • Managing the daily payroll administration and ensuring all data is processed accurately and on time.
  • Keeping payroll records and accounting entries up to date.
  • Handling pension administration and performing reconciliations.
  • Working closely with Compensation & Benefits, Finance, the HR Service Desk, Tax, and the pension provider.
  • Supporting process improvements and system optimization within payroll.
  • Growing your expertise and developing within Heerema’s HR organization.

                                                                    

Key ingredients for success: 

  • Minimum of 5 years or more of relevant payroll experience;
  • Work – with a proactive attitude - punctually and carefully so that everyone receives their correct salary on time;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Excel;
  • Completed MBO education and PDL;
  • Experience with ADP system (Perman) and SAP is a pre.

 

Your future colleagues: 

Your team will consist of Marco, Dennis, Ronald and many others. You will work closely with the other team(s) within HR as well as Finance and Taxation. It will be your job to execute the payroll and all related administration.
