At Heerema Marine Contractors, we're seeking a Manager HR Operations to enhance the HR function in our entrepreneurial, family-owned business.
As Manager HR Operations, you will lead several HR teams and be responsible for the overall HR operations, translating strategy into operational realities, including policies, processes, and procedures.
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources and Special Projects Officer, you'll be part of a three-member HR Management team responsible for the day-to-day management of the HR department. Collaborating with your fellow HR MT members, HR ERP Manager, and your teams you will be a driving force in transforming our HR function and IT systems.
Your Responsibilities

Manage and improve the day-to-day HR operations of Compensation & Benefits, Pay-roll, Recruitment, HR Service Desk, Training Planning, Case Management, Data Analytics and Project Management.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organization's overall objectives.

Ensure compliance with (employment, tax, pension) law and update policies as needed.

Ensure responsive and efficient HR operational teams to provide timely and good quality solutions and support to our employees.

Manage (the implementation of) our HR IT systems (SAP4Hana, SuccessFactors), leveraging technology to streamline processes and yield data-driven decision-making as HR Business Process Owner.

Manage ownership and reporting of personnel data in line with standards for accuracy, completeness and legislative/GDPR/CSRD compliance.

Manage relevant stakeholders internally and externally – amongst others Executive Board members, Directors, Managers, Works Council members and Unions (Collective Labor Agreement negotiations).

Your Qualifications

A solid 15-20 years of relevant experience in HR, with a proven HR leadership track record, building on broad HR functional expertise (including Compensation & Benefits and HRIS) in an international, operational (blue-collar) environment.

Experience in off-shore, contractor or construction projects business is a plus.

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
