Then we are looking for you! As an Electrical Designer within our Equipment team, you play a crucial role in keeping electrical drawings up to date for our impressive fleet. You collaborate with project teams on conversions, expansions, and ensure all documentation is accurate. Thanks to your efforts, our projects run safely and efficiently – you are an indispensable link in the success of our operations.
What you will be working on:
As an Electrical Designer, you are responsible for modifying and updating electrical drawings for all our vessels, using AutoCAD and EPLAN. You handle the administration and carefully record drawings related to electrical installations and cabling. In addition, you actively participate in projects such as LTE and process the associated changes. Checking and uploading drawings into the management system is also part of your responsibilities. You work closely with project teams on conversions and expansions, and you keep cable lists and connections up to date. In this way, you contribute to reliable and current documentation of our electrical systems.
Key ingredients for success:
- A completed education or background in electrical engineering
- At least several years of experience with electrical drawings
- Experience with AutoCAD and EPLAN
- Knowledge of electrical installations and cable lists
- You work in a structured and accurate manner, with focus and concentration
- You have an affinity for repetitive work and enjoy working on drawings for extended periods
