You combine ownership of complex absence cases with a proactive focus on prevention, vitality and sustainable employability.

Working closely with managers, HR and occupational health professionals, you ensure compliance with Dutch legislation, coordinate reintegration processes and translate employability risks into practical solutions that strengthen both people and organizational performance.

What you'll do

  • Advise and coach managers on absence, reintegration and employability.
  • Manage complex absence cases and ensure compliance with the Wet verbetering poortwachter.
  • Coordinate with occupational health professionals, HR and external specialists.
  • Advise on interventions, financial implications and available support schemes.
  • Identify risks and drive preventive actions that support sustainable employability.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's level working and thinking ability, preferably in HRM, Work & Organizational Psychology, Social Security or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in absence management, employability and/or reintegration.
  • Strong knowledge of the Wet verbetering poortwachter and Dutch social security legislation.
  • Excellent advisory, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • A pragmatic, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • RCCM, RSC or a similar case management qualification is a plus.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Your Foundation for Success

You don't just manage absence. You help create a healthier, more resilient organization by turning insights into action and helping people stay employable, engaged and successful in the long term.

At our core, we champion an entrepreneurial spirit and a relentless pursuit of growth. We seek individuals who excel in personal development, seize opportunities where others see challenges, and turn them into success. Whether you're a creative problem-solver, an ambitious go-getter, or someone who thrives in collaboration, we cultivate a culture of passion, dedication, and continuous improvement. Personal leadership and initiative are non-negotiable: you own your growth and the impact you make. If you tackle challenges with a creative yet practical mindset, drive goals with determination, and add value to diverse teams, you'll thrive with us. Together, we create impact and drive meaningful change, always focused on results.
