Your role in the story:
As a Department Secretary, you handle a wide range of administrative and secretarial tasks. You provide support to both the department staff and management in various activities. What you will be working on:
• Draft, review, and process correspondence and documents.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Legal, Insurance and Compliance Department and dedicated assistance to the General Counsel (e.g. agenda manageme
• Provide planning, coordination, and service-oriented support for various activities.
• Arrange meetings and business trips, archive documents, and ensure timely processing of payments
Key ingredients for success:
• Completed MBO level 4 education in secretarial studies (or equivalent).
• At least two years of relevant experience, preferably in a secretarial position within an (international) commercial or legal environment.
• Experience in setting up document control and archiving systems is an advantage.
• Preferably experience with SAP and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• A service-oriented mindset with the ability to set priorities and a strong eye for detail.
• Stress-resistant, flexible, punctual, and accurate.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week.
• You take initiative, think one step ahead, and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently
